Kinder Violin - Mondays 2:05 -2:50
Kinder students do not need instruments until the 8th week of class.
Mozart Violin Mondays 3:10 -4:00. This is a combined class of new and continuing students in grades 1 - 3.
Vivaldi Strings– Mondays 4:10 -500 For students in their 3rd+ year of violin or by teacher recommendation.
Beethoven Ensemble –Wednesdays : early dismissal 12:15- 1:05 /regular dismissal 3:10 -4:00. This class is the continuation of last year's Ensemble class.
Chamber Orchestra – Wednesdays: early dismissal 1:15-2:05 / regular dismissal 4:10-5:00 This is our new advanced class and is by placement audition only.
PLACEMENT AUDITIONS - Students wishing to advance to Chamber Orchestra need to schedule and short placement audition with Ms. Ingrid. All students wishing to join Chamber Orchestra should enroll in Beethoven Ensemble, and come at 3:10 for the first two weeks of classes. Individual placement auditions will be held starting at 4:00 on Wednesday, Sept. 28th.
Audition requirements:
1) A two octave G Major Scale.
2) 1 minute of a solo piece of your choice. It should demonstrate your abilities and skills as well as your ability to play in tune with a beautiful tone and excellent positions
3) sight reading
